Legal business name: Yardly Supply Co
Business address: 42 Corporation Road, Grimsby, DN31 1UG
Email: Yardlysupplyco@gmail.com

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Yardly Supply Co. “You” and “your” refer to anyone using our website or purchasing our products.
2. Scope of these terms:
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to purchases made by consumers and, where appropriate, business customers. Certain statutory consumer protections apply specifically to consumers and cannot be excluded or restricted by these terms.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
3. Our products:
Yardly Supply Co. sells garden, landscaping, grounds-maintenance and related supplies.
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions and prices are accurate and up to date. However, photographs are illustrative, and minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturer updates.
Any material differences in product specifications will be communicated where appropriate.
You should check product compatibility, dimensions, intended use and any safety instructions before purchasing.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.
4. Prices and payment:
All prices will be displayed in pounds sterling (£), including applicable taxes where required.
Delivery charges and any additional costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed securely by third-party payment service providers. We do not intend to store full payment card details on our own systems.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and arrange any applicable refund for payments already taken.
We will not impose undisclosed mandatory charges or charge for optional extras without your agreement.
5. Placing an order:
You are responsible for ensuring that your order details, delivery address, email address and contact information are correct.
Please review your order before submitting payment. If you identify an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine and lawful reason, such as a pricing error, suspected fraud or an item becoming unavailable.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
6. Delivery:
Delivery options, estimated times and charges will be shown at checkout or in our delivery policy.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframe. Unless a different period has been agreed, applicable UK consumer rules generally require delivery without undue delay and within 30 days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as such. If a delay occurs, we will communicate relevant information and comply with your legal rights, including cancellation and refunds where applicable.
Responsibility for goods generally passes to you when you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them. Different rules may apply where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.
Please contact us promptly if goods arrive damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds:
You may have statutory rights to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if they are not faulty.
You will normally have a further 14 days after notifying us of cancellation to return the goods.
Exceptions apply to certain categories of goods, as permitted by law. Any applicable exception will not be used to remove rights that the law provides.
Our full Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy explains the process, refund timeframes and treatment of faulty or damaged goods.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer legislation.
8. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods:
Goods supplied to consumers must meet applicable legal standards, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, rejection of the goods or a refund under applicable law.
We will not require you to give up statutory rights as a condition of receiving assistance.
9. Product safety:
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, safety warnings and intended-use guidance.
Garden tools, machinery, chemicals, fertilisers, outdoor equipment and other products may require appropriate protective equipment or particular handling and storage precautions.
Do not use a product for a purpose for which it was not designed. Where applicable, keep products away from children and pets and follow the product-specific safety information.
These precautions do not exclude any legal responsibility we may have for supplying unsafe or defective products.
10. Promotions and discount codes:
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to clearly stated eligibility requirements, expiry dates and product exclusions.
We will communicate material conditions before purchase. Promotions cannot be used to mislead customers about the usual selling price or the availability of products.
Unless expressly stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Website use and intellectual property:
Unless otherwise stated, our website content, branding, logos, product descriptions and original images are owned by us or used with permission.
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or copy protected content for commercial use without permission.
Third-party names, trademarks and product images remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Third-party suppliers and services:
We may use third-party suppliers, manufacturers, fulfilment providers, delivery companies and payment processors to operate our store and fulfil orders.
Their involvement does not remove our obligations to you as the seller. We remain responsible for meeting the contractual and statutory obligations that apply to our sales.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices, which we encourage you to review where relevant.
13. Liability:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you purchase as a consumer, we remain responsible for our obligations under applicable consumer law.
Where legally permitted, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses caused by your misuse of a product or failure to follow reasonable safety instructions. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be restricted.
If you purchase primarily for business purposes, different contractual rules may apply to the extent permitted by law.
14. Privacy and personal information:
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.
Information may be used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, meet legal obligations and, where permitted, send marketing communications.
Please read our Privacy Policy for details about data use, retention, sharing and your rights.
15. Complaints and customer support:
If you have a question, concern or complaint, please contact us:
Email: Yardlysupplyco@gmail.com
Postal address: 42 Corporation Road, Grimsby, DN31 1UG
We will aim to respond promptly and work with you towards a fair resolution.
16. Changes to these terms:
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website
or legal obligations.
The version applicable to your order will normally be the version in force when you place that order, unless a change is required by law or otherwise lawfully agreed.
We will not use an update to retrospectively remove rights you have already acquired.
17. Governing law:
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the relevant part of the United Kingdom.
If you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK, mandatory consumer protections available under the law applicable to you remain unaffected.
